Eligibility and Costs of the Thread Veins Course

To ensure the most effective teaching and supervision, we restrict the numbers on each course. The exact numbers depend on the mix of delegates.

Who is allowed to attend the Thread Veins Course?

The courses are aimed at:

  • Doctors or Dentists with full registration
  • Nurses with full registration
  • Beauticians and therapists with ITEC or equivalent qualifications

Insurance

Proof of appropriate registration and professional indemnity insurance is required prior to commencing the course. If you are in doubt as to whether you can do this course, contact your insurer and ask to be covered for sclerotherapy of leg veins.

Insurance for Microsclerotherapy of Leg Thread Veins

Therapists - Please check with your insurance company that you will be insured both for the course and also for your practice following the course.

Nurses - You should be able to get insured through the RCN. Please contact them to see if there is any supplement or special conditions.

Doctors and Dentists - Your practice should be covered through your professional defence body, but you may have to pay a supplement for cosmetic procedures - depending on your current cover. Please contact your professional defence body to check their conditions. In addition, it is possible to arrange insurance for your aesthetic practice via a separate insurance policy.

Cost of the Leg Thread Veins Course

The cost of the course is the same for all delegates - £999 + VAT
